Dear Gary:

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for having Austin (that 166 kid) attend your school.

As a parent, naturally I want to see my son succeed in anything that he undertakes. His passion is Motocross and he is determined to bring his skills to the highest level.

My wife and I could not have been more pleased in watching him at your school this past weekend.

Your teaching style fit perfectly with the way my son learns best. He learned more in the two days that we were at the school than I would have ever believed possible. You increased his skill level and more importantly, his confidence level as well.

This was by far, the best investment that we have ever made in Austin’s training. We will certainly be back for more instruction.

It’s literally unbelievable how much of a change you made in Austin.

I’ve went from 250 lbs down to 160 lbs with the help of Gary Semics MX Conditioning DVD. I can really tell a big difference with how I feel on the bike. Not only do I not tire out, but the bike handles and performs better with me having the strength to ride it with ease now.

I decided to test my new conditioning out in this years 23rd annual Great Greenbrier River Race. It’s a 17 mile triathlon that consist of a 3 mile run (that I completed with a time of 20min 37s), a 4 mile kayak (completed in 45min 51s), and a 10 mile bike ride (completed in 36min 59s). I crossed the line 44th out of 222 with a overall time of 1hr 43min 27s and thats even after suffering a broken paddle in the kayaking event.

I owe a lot to Gary for teaching me his conditioning and all of his techniques in the sport that I love. Thanks Gary,

PS-My dad just wanted to let you know that he thought you were so cool during the school (answering questions, never acting as if you were annoyed, helping another rider fix his bike) and loved how organized it was. If you and your son race again during the lunch break, I hope you beat him this year. You’re both super-fast!

Nathan and I just wanted to send you an email expressing what a great time that we had at your school this last weekend.

We had never been to a school for motocross so we weren’t sure what to expect.

It was much more than what we had expected.

When people were asking him ” how was your school”. He just had this big smile and very proud look on his face and answered “it was awesome”. He really did love it.

Hey Gary, Just want to let you know that before I attended your class, i would barely break the top 10 in the Expert class.

This weekend i raced Silver Springs MX and placed a perfect 1st Overall in the 450 Expert class against guys who normally whoop my ass.

Feels so great to actually win. Its been 4 years since I’ve won a moto and I’ve never won the overall in the Expert class since i have turned expert.

Everyone came up to me and I told them your the man to thank, so you might be getting some calls. I put the good word in for you. Hope to keep in touch. Thanks again for everything. Your knowledge and training means the world.

Hey Gary,

this is Jared McConnaughey I went to the last class in 2009 and I just wanted to tell you how much it helped me with my weekly training.

Since taking your class I have done a lot of work and have recently bumped up to b class. Your class gave me not only the skill that I needed to advance in this rough sport, but also a butt load of confidence knowing that I was tought by the man who trained all of guys I look up to, and one of the best trainers around.

I just wanted to say thanks for everything you do, and see how the moto school is doing. I’m thinking of coming back up to Lisbon this coming year for another class.

Keep it up you don’t know how much it means to riders like me to train with you.

Gary and Cindy:

I want to thank you for the great time my son and I had and the great lessons on motocross technique you taught.

We hit the practice track Sunday right after school and worked on the cornering techniques and controls and what a difference I can feel in my ability, confidence, control, and speed.

I’m also very glad we purchased the training manual; it reminded us of the lessons and helped us apply the proper technique.

I’m sure my son and I will return for another class in the fall or spring. I’ll let everybody I ride with what great lessons you share through your program.
