Communications / Personal Data
Gary Semics Motocross School and DVDs will deliver communications via email, postal mail and social networks to all those who: Opt-In to receive such communications, purchase products or services from this or other associated websites, attend the Gary Semics Motocross School facility or associated facilities or otherwise express interest in receiving such communications. Users will always have the option to alter, suspend or delete such communications or request that no further information is delivered to them. The Gary Semics Motocross Schools and DVDs will not rent, sell or otherwise disclose any contact lists or other personally identifying information to 3rd party marketing sources.
GSMXS.com’s Personal Data Retention Policy:
We maintain access to inactive accounts for a period of 2 years, after which the inactive account will be deleted and all personal data scrubbed.
We retain data pertaining to ‘pending’ orders, ‘failed’ orders and ‘cancelled’ orders for a period of 6 months after which the ‘order’ info will be deleted and all personal data scrubbed.
We retain data pertaining to ‘completed’ orders for a period of 7 years after which the ‘order’ info will be deleted and all personal data scrubbed.
If, at any time, you wish to delete your GSMXS.com account, or remove personally identifying data from our servers, you may make the request here. Please allow up to 72 hours for actions to be completed.
The Gary Semics Motocross Schools does make use of services, software, plugins or API’s to help us deliver quality service to our visitors and customers.
