Ezra's
testimony; "I've used Gary's training methods and programs
since I first started working with him back in 1996. Since
then I have tried some different personal trainers and
have always returned to Gary's programs because I've always
felt the strongest when I was using them. I've hired Gary
as my personal trainer again this year in 2004. Gary's
been there and he knows motocross from the inside out".

I was really
having troubles with my starts during the 05 season so I
had a private lesson with Gary. Just the few hours I spent
with Gary made a huge improvement in my starting abilities.
During the remaining Nationals I won 6 motos and 2 overalls.

I'm very excited about training with Gary, I think his training and workout programs have a great deal to offer. When I first met Gary he pointed out the simplest things about my bike set up, once we made those changes there was a huge difference in my riding. He also has helped me with the positive mental thinking side of riding. That has help enormously! I think my future will no doubt include Gary Semics, I think who else would I have train me other than the man that helped train McGrath!

I have never worked with someone
who has as much knowledge about motocross and diet as Gary
has. He has a great way of explaining everything and helping
you apply it to your program. He is by far the best trainer
I have ever worked with and I would highly recommend Gary
Semics to anyone who wants to improve their riding skills.

I began Gary’s training and diet program the end of May of 2007 when I weighed 180Lbs. My body fat was 28.7% and my endurance was pretty poor. I would fade out in a moto after 4 or 5 laps and come off the track very tired and worn out. The second motos were the same and I would find myself struggling to keep focused for the whole race.
I came home from Gary Semics with a nutritional plan and a workout program that Gary had tailored to suit my goals. I immediately began to train using his plan and having my mother cook only those meals that were called for in the program. I began to see progress almost immediately and found that the workouts were actually giving me more energy even though I was tired when I completed the exercises. My endurance began to improve and I noticed that I wasn’t getting as tired during races as I had been. The more I worked out and followed the plan, the better I felt and the better my strength and endurance became. Within four months I was down to 148 lbs and my strength and endurance has skyrocketed. I don’t even think about it anymore during a moto. I can run 30 minute motos and feel good at the end of them. I come off the track in good shape and ready for moto 2. I can run several classes during the race day and not feel at all tired at the end of the day. On the way home from the track, we don’t stop at fast food places anymore, we will find a good restaurant and have some chicken or fish for dinner so that my training can take advantage of the good nutrition that is available if you take a little time to look for it.
All in all, the Gary Semics plan changed my whole outlook as well as my life. I am healthier, stronger and more able to race effectively since adhering to the program. My mental attitude has improved immensely as well. This is a plan that I can be comfortable with for my whole life not just for racing. It makes sense and the results speak for themselves.

"This is
only my first year working with Gary and already I have
shaved seconds off my lap times and can last much longer
during motos. By learning to keep a good mental attitude
and focusing on the right training and nutrition my riding
has rapidly improved over the past few months. I've been
to many different schools around the country but The Gary
Semics MX School is by far the best I've ever been to!"

Nathan and I just wanted to send
you an email expressing what a great time that we had at your
school this last weekend. We had never been to a school for
motocross so we weren't sure what to expect. It was much more
than what we had expected. When people were asking him " how
was your school". He just had this big smile and very proud
look on his face and answered "it was awesome". He really did
love it.
Thank you once again, and see you next year.

Gary and Cindy,
I want to thank you for the great time my son and I had and
the great lessons on motocross technique you taught. We hit
the practice track Sunday right after school and worked on the
cornering techniques and controls and what a difference I can
feel in my ability, confidence, control, and speed. I'm also
very glad we purchased the training manual; it reminded us of
the lessons and helped us apply the proper technique. I'm sure
my son and I will return for another class in the fall or spring.
I'll let everybody I ride with what great lessons you share
through your program.
Best Regards,
Jamie and Corey Byron |

Dear Gary,
I just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for having
Austin (that 166 kid) attend your school. As a parent, naturally
I want to see my son succeed in anything that he undertakes.
His passion is Motocross and he is determined to bring his skills
to the highest level. My wife and I could not have been more
pleased in watching him at your school this past weekend. Your
teaching style fit perfectly with the way my son learns best.
He learned more in the two days that we were at the school than
I would have ever believed possible. You increased his skill
level and more importantly, his confidence level as well. This
was by far, the best investment that we have ever made in Austin's
training. We will certainly be back for more instruction. It's
literally unbelievable how much of a change you made in Austin.
Thank you

| Dear Gary,
I want to first off thank you for giving riders like myself
the opportunity to read your free tech tips. They have helped
me so much as a rider as well as a human being. I love reading
your tips and i think you should continue to write them. I am
15 years old and i race the 125 novice class. When i first started
riding at age 11 i had no idea dirt bike racing would become
my life and my whole mentality. I ride as often as i can, mostly
everyday, practicing cornering and all kinds of things to become
a better rider. I have a dream and a goal to race professional
motocross. I strive for it and i won't give up. I have taken
your tips and used them as much as i can, i try to think like
a champion. I try to think positive all the time in all types
of situations, good or bad. I work out everyday and try to stay
as healthy as i can. I push myself harder and harder to keep
getting better to someday reach my goal. I think i have what
it takes to be a professional motocrosser and a good one at
that. I have a lot of natural talent, I'm dedicated to riding,
I have self-discipline, a positive attitude, and i have loads
of motivation and a burning desire. As I sit here drinking a
protein smoothie getting ready to go to bed, I just want to
personal thank you for what you are doing and to keep up the
good work. Your tips have helped me so much, and i hope they
will continue to do so.
Thank you,
Mark Grossman

| Hello David, Gary and All -
I just wanted to write and thank you all for the lesson on Friday.
I do believe I learned a lot and with much, much practice I'll
be a better and faster rider. I do appreciate David spending
time and having the patience to watch a beginner (me) and try
to help me. I know you say "if it was easy everybody would be
doing it"...Must be your right. It seems to come slowly...Maybe
its like a 1000 piece puzzle and each day of practice puts another
piece together...But it is fun it go through a turn faster and
be in control. Oh it was an honor to be on the same track with
Gary... He looks race ready, fit and fast....So thanks to all.
I had a great day.

Hey Gary Semics,
I attended your school in April (19th and 20th I think) and
my dad and I plan on attending GSMXS again in April. Your motocross
school really helped me improve and I'm really going faster
in the corners thanks to you.
Thanks,
Jeff Seidenberg #934
PS - I saw you in Racer X Magazine! |

Gary Semics,
Thanks so much for the tip and can't wait to come back to your
MX School this year.
Jeff Seidenberg #934
PS-My dad just wanted to let you know that he thought you were
so cool during the school (answering questions, never acting
as if you were annoyed, helping another rider fix his bike)
and loved how organized it was. If you and your son race again
during the lunch break, I hope you beat him this year. You're
both super-fast! |

Dear Gary,
I just wanted to thank you for hiring all those instructors
because not all of us can come to california. My instructor
was "ike" he really helped me with controling the bike better. He
also helped me in the corners and on the jumps. After I came
back from the school I practiced the techniques over and over, then
my confidence went way up I just felt more in control. I also
read your practice manual everyday and it helps me out a lot.
I would like to add that I really had a good time at the school,
we made jokes while we were setting the bikes up and it was
fun and thats how it should be.
Thanks,

My name is Chad Brizendine and I
wanted to thank you for what you have taught me in mx! I started
off as so-so rider and would often crash hard in races and as
a result not finish. When I went to your school, I wasn't faster
right away, but as months went on, people told me, " where is
the Chad that i know?" I was riding even with the guys in class
above me!! So i started racing and ever since have never had
worse than a 5th overall!! Your school that i attended last
june was just what i needed move me to the next level. I dont
think I could put a price on your school. I love MX so much
more that I a brand new bike and I ride almost every weekend
at tecumseh, MI.!!
THANK YOU AGAIN!!

Dear Mr. Semics...
I would like to thank you for the outstanding instruction you
gave my son during the recent May 5th and 6th group class. Your
verbal instruction followed by your professional riding skills
was perfect for PJ. At the conclusion of the class he was able
to put his newly learned skills to the test at Budds Creek.
His starts, turns and new found comfort with jumping allowed
him to finish in the top 3 of both the schoolboy and 125B class
events. We just returned from the LL Unadilla area qualifier
where he was required to learn the track for the first time
and race all in the same weekend. He qualified for both the
Schoolboy stock and mod classes. I am convinced that he would
not have been capable of such success without your professional
instruction. We look forward to coming back for both individual
and group classes in the future.
Respectfully
Paul Heilig Senior
