I began Gary’s training and diet program the end of May of 2007 when I weighed 180Lbs. My body fat was 28.7% and my endurance was pretty poor. I would fade out in a moto after 4 or 5 laps and come off the track very tired and worn out. The second motos were the same and I would find myself struggling to keep focused for the whole race.

I want to thank you for the great time my son and I had and the great lessons on motocross technique you taught.
We hit the practice track Sunday right after school and worked on the cornering techniques and controls and what a difference I can feel in my ability, confidence, control, and speed.
I’m also very glad we purchased the training manual; it reminded us of the lessons and helped us apply the proper technique.
I’m sure my son and I will return for another class in the fall or spring. I’ll let everybody I ride with what great lessons you share through your program.

I’ve went from 250 lbs down to 160 lbs with the help of Gary Semics MX Conditioning DVD. I can really tell a big difference with how I feel on the bike. Not only do I not tire out, but the bike handles and performs better with me having the strength to ride it with ease now.
I decided to test my new conditioning out in this years 23rd annual Great Greenbrier River Race. It’s a 17 mile triathlon that consist of a 3 mile run (that I completed with a time of 20min 37s), a 4 mile kayak (completed in 45min 51s), and a 10 mile bike ride (completed in 36min 59s). I crossed the line 44th out of 222 with a overall time of 1hr 43min 27s and thats even after suffering a broken paddle in the kayaking event.
I owe a lot to Gary for teaching me his conditioning and all of his techniques in the sport that I love. Thanks Gary,
Just wanted to say love your new training videos. The way you teach riders how to learn, practice new skills, worth every cent. You are the MAN Semics! Wish watched these years ago.
Remember the guy bought the DVD’s for 2 months back? Anyway he asked me to thank you because this morning there was an open practice at the national track and he is clicking 8 seconds faster than his previous record and he is saying that he “never realized those drills really worked until he was on the track” He is really pleased and he is now convinced to buy the rest of the DVD’s you have.. within the week I’m going to sit with him and help him place an online order :)..

this is Jared McConnaughey I went to the last class in 2009 and I just wanted to tell you how much it helped me with my weekly training.
Since taking your class I have done a lot of work and have recently bumped up to b class. Your class gave me not only the skill that I needed to advance in this rough sport, but also a butt load of confidence knowing that I was tought by the man who trained all of guys I look up to, and one of the best trainers around.
I just wanted to say thanks for everything you do, and see how the moto school is doing. I’m thinking of coming back up to Lisbon this coming year for another class.
Keep it up you don’t know how much it means to riders like me to train with you.

I was really having troubles with my starts during the 05 season so I had a private lesson with Gary.
Just the few hours I spent with Gary made a huge improvement in my starting abilities.
During the remaining Nationals I won 6 motos and 2 overalls.
