I started off as so-so rider and would often crash hard in races and as a result not finish.

When I went to your school, I wasn’t faster right away, but as months went on, people told me, ” where is the Chad that i know?” I was riding even with the guys in class above me!!

So i started racing and ever since have never had worse than a 5th overall!!

Your school that i attended last june was just what i needed move me to the next level. I dont think I could put a price on your school. I love MX so much more that I got a brand new bike and I ride almost every weekend at Tecumseh, MI.!!

How soon until release (VO3 DVD #7 – Motocross Seat Bouncing and Launching Techniques)? I am progressing right with your videos and this is the next one I need. Your videos have changed my whole learning process. I went from spending months at the track trying to learn a technique to watching your videos once, practicing on the stand and then having it just click for me at the track. Only if my engineering teachers in college had the Semics teaching method, college would have been much easier.

It was much more than what we had expected.

When people were asking him ” how was your school”. He just had this big smile and very proud look on his face and answered “it was awesome”. He really did love it.

Gary, my son Jake (15) and I really enjoy your videos. We have all of volume 3 and are looking forward to the next video. I am amazed how fast Jake has improved just by watching your videos and practicing the techniques. Jake moved up to a 250 last April and is usually one of the fastest riders at the tracks, thanks to the techniques you teach. Jake is going to try to qualify for Loretta’s in the 250B class this next year. Just wanted to say thanks.

I’m a new user of the Gary Semics motocross training DVD series which I stumbled on one day while searching the internet for training aids. As a 41 year old brand new rider with a 7 year old who loves to ride as much as I do . . . well, suffice to say that Gary’s videos have been incredible. I bought his largest package and have learned so much in a short period of time.

Lastly, tell Gary (I’m assuming you’re related) that the “Goon Riding” was the funniest thing we’ve ever seen – mainly because it reminded my whole family (5 of us) EXACTLY what I looked like when I started riding for the first time this past May – what a grin!! It was priceless – absolutely priceless to see my family and myself laugh as hard as we did!!! Thanks for that.

Gary – your products are fantastic! I originally purchased a single streaming video to “test” your product. As a firm believer in getting information/instruction from someone who has “fruit on tree”, I wanted to see what you were about – AND YOU DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!

Within days, I returned to your site and purchased the largest package you offered – everything you had at the time (as I remember it) and that’s the subject of my inquiry. Since my purchase of the 2011 Everything Value Pack, you have produced two MUST HAVE videos (must have is my opinion of course) about jumping and scrubbing.

We are doing our first race in Southern Utah this month (Dec 29th & 30) and we credit our confidence and desire to your training system.

I took one of Gary’s two day classes in Ohio 10-12 years ago when I was struggling in the C class. Prior to the class I had invested in all the hop up parts and suspension work I could afford and none of it made one shit bit of difference. Oh when I did case a jump it was smoother and my bike sounded bad ass but the trophies were few to nonexistent. I cannot stress how improved my whole skill set became after those two days. I have a barn full of trophies and one season championship under my belt (now retired from racing) and I really have to thank Gary for running a great program. BTW all that information helped me not only in MX but HS, GNCC, Ice Racing and Flat track.
If I were to do it again I would have gone to several of Gary’s classes when i was younger and only invested in better safety equipment.

BTW I’m not trying to spam Gary’s Schools but just giving you in my opinion the best advice I could to anyone who lines up on a gate.

My oh my what great memories I have hammering out countless hours of Semics drills. My dad was a tight ass & never sent me to his school, even thou we aren’t even 2 hours from his location. I myself was a beginner motocrosser that had only 3 harescramble races under my belt and laps put down on a couple backyard mx tracks.. So needless to say I wasn’t blitzing the whoops, railing berms or throwing fat whips. I was nothing more than a back marker in the 85cc 7-11 class of the local racing scene. I bullshit you not that within that same season I ended up beating kids that were waxing my ass at the start of it . Without a doubt the reason I made such quick improvements was by watching Semics VHS tapes (yes vhs) and religiously performing those drills for hours.. Turn tracks were what helped me the most, they’re the ticket.. I’d recommend any of his dvd’s or tapes.

I’m very excited about training with Gary, I think his training and workout programs have a great deal to offer. When I first met Gary he pointed out the simplest things about my bike set up, once we made those changes there was a huge difference in my riding.

He also has helped me with the positive mental thinking side of riding. That has help enormously! I think my future will no doubt include Gary Semics, I think who else would I have train me other than the man that helped train McGrath!

I wanted to let you know how very, very pleased Evan (#106) and I were with the  school the past two days, 4/25 & 4/26. The whole experience was exceptional.

From my perspective as a parent, everything was handled with such professionalism. The reservation process, the instructions and information that was mailed to us, the response to email questions were all excellent.

The two days at the school were even better. The facilities, the organization, and the approachability of both of you (and David as well) made it all a wonderful trip for both of us.For Evan, the instruction was phenomenal.

The amount of information provided, the pace of the class, everything about it he found fantastic. He hasn’t stopped talking about it. On a scale of 1 to 10, he says itwas an 11. He just can’t stop talking about not only how much he learned, how much he sees how it has and will help him, but also how much fun it all was.

For you to be able to provide so much instruction and make is so enjoyable is really fantastic. He is really looking forward to practicing all the techniques he learned. And he is hoping to be able to return in the future to refresh his understanding as well as learning even more. He feels he grasped much of the information but knows that a return visit would be very helpful and that he has so much more to learn.

Again, I want to thank both of you for all you did for my son and myself.I do hope that we will make it out again when it makes sense for Evan.
